BGPharma & Healthcare Limited operates a five-tier hierarchical organization structure as shown in the organogram.

 

The structure is considered effective for smooth flow of interaction, communication and control between the constituent tiers.

 

 

DECISION MAKING

This is vested in the Board of Directors and general management team.

 

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

This is the highest decision making organ of the company.  It is responsible for formulation of the company's policies, plans and direction.  It is made up of three members at present namely:

 

PHARM EZEUKWU C G B:  Pharm Ezeukwu,  a successful businessman,  is the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of the company.  He holds a B.Pharm degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.  Before going into private business, Pharm Ezeukwu worked with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) after his national service.

 

PHARM ILOANYA C K:  Pharm Iloanya is the Vice Chairman of the company.  He is a graduate of Texas Southern University, USA.  He is based in the United States of America where he is currently practicing.

 

PHARM OGUELI C S:  He is the pioneer Managing Director of BG Pharm & Healthcare Limited.   Pharm Ogueli who is successfully  pioneering the affairs of the company is also a B.Pharm degree holder of the University  of Nigeria, Nsukka.

 

 

GENERAL MANAGEMENT TEAM

This team is next in authority. It is responsible for execution of plans and policies of the company as handed down by the board of directors from time to time.

 

To ensure maximum efficiency, our company (BG Pharma & Healthcare Limited) developed an excellent management structure as shown in the organogram, with separate administrative, financial and marketing department, supported by a reliable pharmaceutical management information system controlled by our pharmacists.
